Women Safety / Internal Complaints Committee (ICC)

As per the guidelines of the University Grants Commission (UGC) and the provisions of the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013, Oxford Business College has constituted an Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) to ensure the safety, dignity, and well-being of female students and staff.

The institution is committed to providing a safe, secure, and inclusive environment where women feel respected and protected. The ICC addresses complaints related to harassment, discrimination, or any form of misconduct in a fair, confidential, and time-bound manner.

Objectives

Safe & Respectful Environment

The college follows a zero-tolerance policy towards any form of harassment or discrimination against women. Strict action will be taken against offenders as per legal and institutional norms.

Women students and staff are encouraged to report any incident without fear. All complaints are handled with utmost confidentiality and sensitivity to ensure justice and support.
