What is Student Credit Card Scheme ?

The Student Credit Card Scheme is an initiative taken by the Bihar government for financial weaker students to pursue their education after 12th. The students who are interested to do technical or management courses such as BCA, BBA etc, and unable to pay the college fee can avail the benefits of this Student Credit Card Scheme.

Benefits to the Citizens

Under the Bihar Student Credit Card (BSCC) Scheme , no interest will be payable to the borrower. The scheme will benefit the students of the state who are originally from poor background and eager to complete their higher education.

Eligibility

• Applicant must be a permanent resident of the state of Bihar.
• The educational institution where the student is from is recognized by the state or central government related regulatory agency.
• Under the Student Credit Card Scheme 2020 , students will be given loans for higher education for general courses, technical or professional programs.
• Students of the state should be 12th pass under this scheme

How to apply for Student Credit Card Scheme?

1. Visit website: www.7nishchay-yuvaupmission.bihar.gov.in
2. Here you need to click on New Applicant Registration
3. Fill all the required details, Name, Email id, Aadhaar card number and Phone Number and Click Yes
4. Enter the OTP received on your Phone number/email ID and Click Submit button
5. Get a Successfully registered message. Go to Homepage and login with your give credentials on mail ID.
6. Give all the the required personal details, click submit button
7. A drop down menu will occur named Select Scheme . Here select student credit card option
8. Now enter personal details of Applicant and Co-applicant
9. Here you will get a Unique ID number on our Mail and phone number
10. Get a PDF of your application form.
11. After some day you will be get a message or mail mentioned date and time to visit the center.
12. Visit the center along with the application PDF and complete the rest procedures.
